1. Business License Requirement

Prior to approval, Sigil Occult Jewelry will email a request for a copy of your valid business license or resale certificate. This is required for tax purposes. Orders cannot be processed until the requested documentation is received and verified.

2. Minimum Order Requirements

• First Order: $300 minimum

• All Subsequent Orders: $200 minimum

Orders below these amounts may be refused.

3. Pricing & MSRP

​

• Wholesale prices are set by Sigil Occult Jewelry.

• Retailers may maintain MSRP or adjust pricing for sale promotions or market conditions.​

4. Payment Terms

​

​Accepted payments: Credit Card, PayPal, or other approved methods

5. Shipping

​

• Shipping costs are paid by the buyer

• Orders ship within 3–7 business days after payment and verification

• Tracking is provided for all shipments

6. Returns & Defective Products

• All wholesale sales are final

• Defective items must be reported within 7 days of delivery

• Approved defects will be replaced or credited

7. Brand Representation

Retailers agree to:

• Represent Sigil Occult Jewelry in a manner consistent with the brand

• Use only approved images and product descriptions

• Avoid misrepresentation of products or rebranding

8. Termination of Wholesale Account

Sigil Occult Jewelry reserves the right to terminate wholesale accounts for:

• Failure to provide the requested business license

• Misrepresentation of the brand

• Non-payment or repeated late payment
